
Use this dry brush to exfoliate and remove any dead skin cells leaving behind smooth and soft skin. Dry brushing can be used on both the face and body but we suggest having a separate brush for each of these purposes.
We recommend dry brushing right before you shower and only once or twice a week.
How to use: Start brushing at the base of your feet with gentle strokes working upwards towards the heart. Once you get to your neck, brush in a gentle downward motion. Make sure you get both the front and back of all parts of your body.
Remember to be gentle and don't brush too abrasively. If you have skin concerns like eczema or psoriasis, we strongly recommend that you consult a dermatologist before using a dry brush.
