There terms and conditions apply to the access and use of www.skincarepartybox.com and all services provided by Skincare Party Box including and without limitation to our subscription box service and one-time purchases.
By visiting our website and/or making a purchase from us, you are engaging in our "Service" and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our website including browsers, vendors, customers, and/or content contributors.
If you disagree with any part of these terms then you do not have permission to access our service.
Any new features or tools to our website are subject to these terms and conditions. The most current version of this document will be posted here along with the it was last updated. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates. If you continue accessing our website or using our Services after an update has been posted, that action constitutes an acceptance of those changes.
Scope of Service
Skincare Party Box maintains this website as a service to the users that visit the website. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this website or the services in whole or part at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This website may periodically be unavailable due to maintenance, malfunction, or other reasons that may be outside of our control.
To make a purchase for any product or service on our website, you may be asked to provide certain information including your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and shipping information. By providing this information you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods related to any purchases and that the information is complete, current and correct.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reasons. We also have the right to refuse or cancel an order on the suspicion of fraud, unauthorized use, or illegal activity.
Accuracy and Errors in Information
It is our priority to provide you with the most accurate and complete information on our website, however, we are not responsible for information on this website that is not accurate, complete or current. The products or services listed on this website may be subject to incorrect pricing, inaccurate descriptions, or unavailable for purchase.
We reserve the right to update any and all information related to our products or service at any time and without prior notice.
Modification to Services & Prices
Prices for our products and service are subject to change without notice. We have the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or any third-party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of our products or service.
Skincare Party Box offers a bi-monthly (every 2 months) subscription service that will be billed to you on a recurring and periodic basis (the 1st day of every other month). At the beginning of each billing cycle, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel or pause your subscription through your customer portal OR by contacting Skincare Party Box directly with notice of your cancellation within 7 days before the 1st of the month of the current billing cycle.
A valid payment method is required to process your subscription payment and all orders must be paid in full before services and/or products are delivered. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including your full name, full address, and a valid payment information. By providing this information, you are authorizing Skincare Party Box to charge all current and recurring fees related to your subscription through your account.
By subscribing to our subscription services, you are agreeing to pay all recurring fees related to the subscription and accepting all products that are supplied to you.
If your automatic billing fails, we will make additional attempts to charge your payment methods but will not fulfill your subscription order until all outstanding charges have been received. We may notify you via email of a billing failure and request that you update your payment method or submit notice of subscription cancellation. However, it is your responsibility to periodically check your payment method and manage your subscription through your customer portal.
We use third party payment services to process your credit card information. By submitting your payment information you are authorizing both Skincare Party Box and our third party payment services with the right to store and process current and recurring payments.
We also reserve the right to change our third party payment service and move your payment information without any prior notice.
You have the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you can create a customer account to gain access to your customer portal and make the changes on your own OR contact us directly with written notice of cancellation. If contacting us directly to cancel your subscription, you must do so within 7 days before the 1st of the month of the current billing cycle. If you cancel outside of this window, you may still be charged and your cancellation will go into effect in the next billing cycle.
We may periodically offer promotional codes for discounts or other benefits on our subscription services. These promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and must be redeemed by the date published. Lost or expired promotional codes will not be replaced or reactivated. Subscription promotional codes will only be valid for one transaction and all subsequent and recurring transactions will be subject to the original price.
Products or Services
We try to make every effort to ensure product images appear on our website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee how our products appear on your specific computer monitor.
It is our right to limit the sale of any product or service to any person or geographic region and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We do not warrant any products or services and cannot guarantee that any purchases you make will meet your expectations. We also cannot guarantee that any errors in the service or products will be corrected.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at anytime.
The term "content" refers to all information, images, text, data, or other materials made accessible through this website or our Services. This content may be created by us or a third-party contributor. We reserve the right to make changes to any content at any time and without prior notice.
You must be granted prior written permission from an agent of Skincare Party Box before using any content that is displayed on this website.
No content contained on this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying and recording for any other purpose without prior written permission.
All subscription sales are final and we do not allow returns or substitutions for products included within your subscription. If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing from your subscription, we may send you a new or similar product OR credit your account. This will be granted at the sole discretion of Skincare Party Box.
One-time purchase products may be eligible for a refund or credit to your account. However, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Skincare Party Box.
All refund inquiries should be submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) weeks of receiving your order.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Any services or products purchased from us will be shipped by a third party carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS) and we reserve the right to choose the carrier. All title and risk of loss will transfer to you after your shipment is delivered to the carrier.
If you suspect your order has been lost, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to investigate the situation. However, you may also notify us of the situation and we may provide you with some support in the investigation.
All shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change.
Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
We will charge taxes on purchases when applicable. This includes state and local sales taxes. These taxes will be based on your shipping address.
Links to other websites
Our website and services may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for any of the content, privacy policies, or practices of any of these third party websites or services.
We are not responsible for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services provided by or made available through any third party website or service.
To manage your subscriptions and any orders placed through our website, you may register for an account that requires a login identifier and a password. It is your responsibility to protect this information from unauthorized use and to monitor all activity that occurs within your account.
You must notify us immediately if you expect there has been unauthorized activity within your account. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur due to the user consciously or unconsciously disclosing their personal account information to a third party.

You are responsible for determining if the products you order as one-time purchases or products supplied to you as part of a subscription service are suitable for you. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or side effects that result from the use of any products purchased from us. The only remedy that will be made available in these circumstance are a refund or credit to your account.
All products provided to you are sold "as is" and without any warranties of any kind.
Skincare Party Box its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Skincare Party Box, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (2) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (3) any content obtained from the Service; and (4) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Class Action Waiver
By this agreement, you and we (Skincare Party Box) are agreeing to waive certain rights to litigate disputes in courts. If disputes arise, we both agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a consolidated, class wide or representative basis.
We have the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately and without prior notice. We may terminate your account for any reason including but not limited to a breach of our terms and conditions.
We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages that occur to you or a third party for any termination of your access to our website or services.
All provisions of the terms and conditions shall survive termination including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skincare Party Box and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
