What is Skincare Party Box (SKPB)?
We are a bi-monthly (every 2 months) subscription box filled with skincare and skincare related products that are formulated with natural ingredients (i.e. plant based, mineral based) and at budget-friendly price points.
We prioritize sourcing products from BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) and women-owned brands that have historically had less access to loans and venture capital to build and scale their businesses. However, we are inclusive of all types of brands and ultimately want to provide our subscribers with the best skincare products.
How does the subscription work?
As soon as you subscribe, you will be billed for your first box. The order fulfillment and delivery of your first box will be based on the date you subscribe and how many boxes are available.
We only ship boxes in January, March, May, July, September, & November. New subscriptions placed within these months will be sent the current month's box. Any orders placed outside of these months will be put on hold until we begin shipping boxes the following month.
Can you tell me what is in the box?
One of the reasons we decided to include the word "party" in our company name is because of the bubbly feeling of anticipation we get when it is time to open gifts at a party. We want to recreate this feeling with every box that we send to our subscribers. This means that we try to keep box spoilers to a minimum and do not reveal all the products in the boxes until they are shipped to our subscribers.

When and how will I be billed?
For your first box, you will be billed immediately. All subsequent subscription charges will be billed on the 15th of the month in January, March, May, July, September, & November as long as you continue your subscription. We will bill the credit card you used to purchase your first box unless you change it in your customer account.
When will my box ship?
Depending on when you subscribe, your box will either ship along with the current month's boxes or be included in next month's boxes. For example, if you subscribe on May 5th you will most likely receive the May box. However, if you subscribe on June 5th you will have to wait until we begin shipping our July boxes.
However, the above is subject to change depending on how many boxes we have available at the time you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Obviously, we would hate to see you go but there are 2 ways to cancel your subscription.
1) Create an account on our website and select the "Manage my Subscriptions" link. From there, go to "subscriptions" and select the subscription you would like to pause or cancel. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
2) Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with written notice of your subscription cancellation and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf. However, you must cancel your subscription within 7 days of the upcoming billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's box.
How do I skip a box?
Create an account on our website and select the "Manage my Subscriptions" link. From there, go to "subscriptions" and select the subscription you would like to pause. You can pause your subscription at any time.
How do I update my payment information?
Create an account on our website and select the "Manage my Subscriptions" link. From there, go to "Payment Methods" and select the payment method you would like to update. You will then need to follow the prompts to update the information.
How do I update my shipping address?
Create an account on our website and select the "Manage my Subscriptions" link. From there, go to "shipping" and select the shipping address you would like to change. Click the "Edit Address" button and follow the prompts to update the information.
What is your refund/return policy?
Unfortunately, all of our subscription boxes are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged product or if your box is missing a product, we will work to send you a replacement or provide you with a credit to your account.
You will need to notify us within two (2) weeks of receiving your box to be eligible for the replacement or credit. Claims received outside of the 2 week period will no longer be eligible for a replacement or credit. All decisions to extend replacement products or credits are at the sole discretion of Skincare Party Box.
How do I track my box?
Once we create the shipping label for your box, you will be sent an email with your tracking information. We send all order notifications to the email you used to order your first box.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we are only shipping to the United States.
What are you doing to protect the environment?
Sustainability is hugely important to us and the way we operate our business. All of our boxes, poly mailers, and packing materials are recyclable so we encourage our subscribers to recycle or reuse them after they are finished with them.
We also try to source products from brands that have a strong sustainability mission and reflect that in their product packaging, ingredients, and/or business operations.
